About the Role
We are looking for an expert in the Infrastructure / ServiceNow space to work for one of our government clients.
Are you a highly organised ServiceNow professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and process improvement to complex operational environments?
We’re looking for a technical advisor to play a critical role supporting Infrastructure request management, governance workflows, and ServiceNow administration within a large and complex environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on process optimisation, stakeholder coordination, workflow improvement, and operational governance.
What you’ll be Doing
You’ll act as the central coordination point for Infrastructure requests, ensuring requests are effectively managed, tracked, documented, and progressed through the appropriate governance and approval pathways.
Key responsibilities Include
Managing daily operations and triage activities within the ServiceNow Infrastructure module;
Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams;
Coordinating end-to-end request workflows, approvals, and governance processes;
Developing and standardising ServiceNow workflows across multiple functional areas;
Identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives;
Mapping current and future state processes and documenting operational procedures; and
Creating SOPs, training guides, FAQs, and user support materials.
What you’ll Bring
We’re seeking someone with strong coordination, governance, and workflow management capability who can confidently engage across technical and business teams.
Experience working with ServiceNow administration, request management, or workflow coordination;
Strong process mapping and documentation skills;
Experience supporting governance, approvals, or operational decision-making processes;
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
Experience identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements;
Confidence preparing reports, briefing materials, SOPs, and training documentation; and
Experience working within infrastructure, ICT, enterprise systems, or operational environments highly regarded.
