About the Role:

We’re looking for a commercially minded, experienced Software Development Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology solutions across a multi-platform complex business environment.

Reporting into the Chief Infrormation Officer, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate across solution design, technical delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring solutions are well-architected, securely implemented, scalable, and delivered successfully from concept through to production and support.

You’ll be responsible for leading the delivery and building the Microsoft ecosytem and shaping through to implementation, deployment, governance, and transition to support, whilst also providing strong architectural oversight and technical assurance.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Solution Delivery - lead the full delivery lifecycle for enterprise technology initiatives from design through to build, deployment, and transition into support;

• Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership - provide solution architecture leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Integration platforms and APIs, Data and reporting solutions;

• Establish and maintain strong technical governance across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);

• Drive disciplined delivery practices including:

• Architecture and design reviews;

• Code quality and engineering standards;

• Testing and release governance;

• CI/CD and environment management;

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management - build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and manage third-party vendors, implementation partners. operational teams, and technology stakeholder; and

• Provide leadership and direction to internal and external delivery teams.

About You:

You’re an experienced technology delivery leader with a strong technical foundation and the ability to move confidently between architecture, delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll likely bring experience from enterprise/multiple platform environments where you’ve led complex platform or business systems initiatives and remained close enough to the technology to influence solution quality and delivery success.

You bring:

• 10+ years’ experience across the software development lifecycle in enterprise environments

• Hands-on technical roles such as development, engineering, or technical leadership

• Solution architecture

• Delivery leadership such as Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Software Engineering Manager, or similar

• Strong practical experience delivering ERP solutions across: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
