As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has become available for a highly organised Team Coordinator to provide professional support to senior leaders and contribute to the smooth running of the corporate office.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, takes pride in producing high-quality work and thrives in a collaborative environment.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Corporate Support Manager, you will provide executive and administrative support across the business, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently while assisting with a variety of projects and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Providing executive and administrative support to senior leaders;
Preparing professional documents, presentations, reports and correspondence;
Coordinating meetings, diaries, travel and executive schedules;
Managing confidential documentation and maintaining accurate records;
Supporting project administration and corporate reporting;
Coordinating internal events, meetings and team functions;
Liaising with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and external service providers;
Maintaining office systems, registers and corporate documentation;
Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies; and
Assisting with a variety of business support tasks as required.
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in an Office Coordintion or Executive Administration position;
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
A professional, approachable manner with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships; and
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
