The Opportunity: An excellent opportunity exists for a highly organised and professional Travel & Events Coordinator to join a leading corporate organisation on a part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety and enjoys managing the logistics behind successful meetings, conferences, and corporate events.

Working Monday to Friday from 9:30am – 2:30pm, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth travel arrangements and memorable business events for staff, executives, and board members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel for staff, executives, and board members, including flights, transport, accommodation, and itineraries;

  • Monitor and manage the corporate travel inbox, ensuring timely response and booking of travel requests;

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including monthly Board meetings, the Annual General Meeting, and corporate conferences;

  • Organise venue hire, invitations, catering, and hospitality for internal and external events, including the annual Christmas party and ad-hoc staff functions;

  • Manage meeting room bookings, set-up, and preparation of materials and catering as required; and

  • Provide support to the administration team, including reception coverage, diary management, document preparation, accounts assistance, and basic IT / virtual meeting support.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration, with demonstrated travel and event coordination experience;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail;

  • Highly proactive and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong customer service focus and a professional approach; and

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
